Hello, my name is Tania. I am a Naturopathic Health Coach and a training Nutritionist. My naturopathic consult, with you is a 360 approach, looking at you as a whole person, looking to find why you symptoms are causing your health issue. Every part of your life from food intake to daily stress as well as a focus on emotional wellbeing. Because knowing your body  and how it works in harmony as a whole. In other words, I look to help you find the root cause of your health issue(s). In additon to the consult you also get access to my signture Ultimate Health program, packed with over 1,000 recipes, done for you meals plans and full training and guidance to Ultimate Health. 

Why book a consult?

Booking a consult will help you to find the root cause to your health issue, and then help the body to heal the hey areas that support health and wellbeing. Unlike allopathic approach from the doctor to treat a symptom or symptom management. Naturopathic consult will dig deep and ask questions that shine a light on the areas that need attention. A consult is about helping you to find your answers as well as giving you all you need to make the right choices for you to find and achieve your Ultimate Health.

For instance imagine an athlete and a coach, the coach helps, motivates, pushes, supports, teaches, counsels, coaches, provides, and pushes their athlete. That is the relationship you will have with a consult and the Ultimate Health program. The approach from naturopathic medicine is one of looking at how your entire body systems all work together. Similarly you may find you have high symptom burden in one area but this may be triggered or affect other systems in your body.

how the sessions are lead with you

There are several options that you can choose from, as per below. The initial session is 1.5 hours and goes into your full health history and presenting symptoms. From here a full report with suggestions will be given. Follow up sessions will support the successes and tweak the areas for improvement moving forward.

In addition, you can top up sessions on a 50 minute basis if you need more sessions and support. 

Giving you a personalised plan that works for you and your health issue. Plus access to the Ultiamte Health Program that will guide you through the recipes, meal plans and teaching to help you to continueally make the right healthy choices.  Above all, what ever your health goal it can be met with a clear path and plan that you can follow with ease and that suits your lifestyle. 


Firstly natural medicine is an overall approach that looks at many non-harmful ways to help the body to do what it does best…. to heal, repair and be healthy. The naturopath as the Teacher. When you see a naturopathic practitioner/coach/consultant they will teach you about your body, your condition, possible causative factors and so on. Educating and empowering you so you can make the right choices for your health and longevity.

Treat the Cause

We Identify & Treat the Cause. Unlike the practice of doctors which treat symptoms, going one step further and looking for and understanding why the symptoms or health condition is there in the first place. A symptom is telling you there is something wrong. Understanding why it’s there is then the starting point for the right protocol and therapy to be advised. Treating symptoms, like taking medications only masks the symptoms and so you health condition will still be there and will eventually get worse. Today this is called this Health Care Management. Rather than manage look to reverse and prevent and if not yet sick to just prevent. 

Whole Person Approach

Look at the Whole Person. When we seek help from a medical doctor you are likely to be sent to a specialist. If your condition involves several specialists you will find you are being helped by several specialists, the body works as a whole. The naturopathic approach is that of looking at all your 12 body systems and look at yourself as a whole. A naturopathic approach also takes into consideration emotional, spiritual, social and other areas that affect our constitution. 


Prevention is the best cure. One of my favourites at Ultimate Health, believing and teaching preventative medicine. Medicine includes the foods you eat, additional supportive possible short term supplementation. Foods that are healing. mindset that is calm, and finding a higher power that can be your guide and prompt your subconscious to make the right choices moving forward. 

Allopathic Vs Naturopathic Approach

Allopathy : Allopathic medicine is the practice of conventional medical doctors. Using medications to treat symptoms (M.D)

Naturopathy :  Looking at your health as a whole, whole body approach. Seaching for the reasons the symptoms are there and how to eliminate the root cause. Attaining optimal and ultimate nutritional, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Developing a unique to you non harmful protocol. (N.D)
