The clarity call

Fifteen minutes with a practitioner, for when you do not know which test you need.

You come away knowing which test answers your question, which ones can wait, what order to do things in, and whether testing is the right move for you at all.

£30, 15 minutes. Online, by video or phone. Held within a week, usually sooner.

The £30 comes off whatever you book next. If you go ahead with a test or a programme, the call has cost you nothing.

And if you already know which test you want, you do not need this call at all. Go straight to the tests.

If you have been told everything is normal

You feel awful. You have had bloods done, more than once. Every result came back inside the range, nobody explained what any of it meant, and you were sent home being told you are fine.

You are not imagining it. Normal ranges are built to catch disease, not to tell you whether you are well. A number can sit comfortably inside the range and still be the reason you cannot get through the afternoon.

This call is where somebody finally looks properly, and asks you what is actually going on.

Why we charge for it

Most of the panels here cost between one hundred and four hundred pounds. Run the wrong one and that money has taught you very little, and you are back where you started with less in the bank.

Thirty pounds spent first is the cheapest part of the whole process, and it is the part that decides whether the rest of it works.

And if you go ahead with anything afterwards, the thirty pounds comes off it. So the call is free to anyone who decides to work with us, and thirty pounds to anyone who takes a practitioner’s time and does not.

Charging for it also means you get a practitioner for fifteen minutes rather than a sales call. We are not trying to get you off the phone and into a basket.

What happens on the call

You tell us what is going on, in your own words. We ask about your history, your symptoms, what you have already tried and anything you have already tested.

Then we tell you which test answers your question, which ones can wait, and what order makes sense. If testing is not what you need right now, we say so.

Where the call leads

Testing only, clinic only, or both. You can take a test and its written report with no programme attached at all, and we will tell you honestly which of those three suits you.

An honest answer on whether we can help. Sometimes the answer is your GP or a specialist, and we will say so.

One of them is yours.

Report only, no programme needed. Blood, gut, organic acids, hormones, mycotoxins, genetics. You get the panel and a written interpretation you can act on, or take to your doctor.
