A short call to work out which test is worth doing first, and whether the clinic suits you alongside it. Bring the question that has been going round in your head.
You leave knowing which test first, if any, whether you want testing only, clinic only or both, and an honest answer on whether we can help. Sometimes the answer is your GP or a specialist, and we will say so.
You get a written roadmap the same day.

Your history taken properly, any results you already have read against functional optimal ranges, your medications assessed for nutrient depletions and contraindications, what we think is driving it, and a plan on one page, food and lifestyle first.

Foundation Programme
A Direction Call, two progress calls and two check-in calls. Your plan built, followed, adjusted and scored at the end. Full questionnaires, handouts, a GP letter if needed, and interpretation of any test ordered through us.

Adrenals and stress first, then gut and immune support, then the liver and how your body clears. This may change according to your profiling.

Complete · the complex route
Complete Programme
Six to twelve months, for chronic and complex cases. Everything in Foundation, plus your Master Clinical Reference kept current, test reports as they arrive, retests tracked, and genetics interpretation included.
Messaging up to 60 minutes of practitioner time a month. Anything marked urgent is answered within 24 hours.

All bookings are made through Practice Better, our online clinic, and are covered by our Terms of Engagement, which you sign before payment.
