Breakfast or Snack
Another Grab and Go, healthy snack or breakfast. Have with some leafy greens and a nice nut based dressing to finish it off.
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado Masked
- Seasoned with paprika
- Pepper
- Chilli flakes (optional)
- 2 Sliced Wholegrain Toast
Mash the avocado, add in your seasoning and then spread over wholemeal toast. Avocado goes well with a redcurrent jelly(low sugar) Other additions could be dices tomato salsa on top of this to add a juice bite.
